Sawyeddollah, analysing some geographical points of Myanmar
Sawyeddollah’s education journey started at Nga Yent Chaung Primary School where he completed his kindergarten education up to the fifth grade. He then continued his studies at Taung Bazar High School, where he completed his secondary education up to the tenth grade. Unfortunately, due to restrictions on Rohingya people’s access to higher education, Sawyeddollah was unable to pursue his academic dreams beyond high school.
After fleeing to Bangladesh due to the Rohingya crisis in 2017, Sawyeddollah continued his quest for education despite the challenges. Although Rohingya people were not allowed to pursue higher education, Sawyeddollah remained determined to continue his studies. Through his persistence and resilience, he discovered the University of the People, an online institution that provides affordable and accessible education to individuals worldwide.
Since September 2021, Sawyeddollah has been studying towards a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree at UoPeople. Recently, he also received another opportunity to study a BA (Hons.) in English Language and Literature, which he has been pursuing since January 2023, while also continuing his studies at UoPeople. However, Sawyeddollah prefers to keep this recent development confidential for now.
Despite facing many obstacles along the way, Sawyeddollah’s passion for learning has driven him to pursue his academic aspirations, even in challenging circumstances.
